We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Nordheim Technologies OÜ offers a 14-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. For a digital product, you may request a full refund within 14 days after downloading it. Email karl.erlenheim@nordheim.ee with your order number and request a refund.

This guarantee applies even if you have already downloaded the digital product. No physical return is required.

This voluntary guarantee is additional to your mandatory consumer rights. It does not limit any statutory right of withdrawal, refund, or remedy that applies under applicable law.
