Shipping policy

Digital delivery

Products currently offered through the Nordheim online store are digital products or non-physical services. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping fees apply.

After your payment is confirmed, digital products are made available electronically, usually through a download link on the order confirmation page or in an email sent to the address provided at checkout. Services are delivered as described on the relevant product page.

If you do not receive your download email, check your spam or junk folder and then contact karl.erlenheim@nordheim.ee with your order number.
