Cancellation policy

Subscriptions currently offered

Nordheim does not currently offer products with recurring subscription charges.

If subscription products are offered

Before you purchase a subscription, the product page and checkout will state the price, billing interval, renewal terms, any minimum commitment, and what is included.

Unless the specific offer states another method, you can request cancellation of future renewals by emailing karl.erlenheim@nordheim.ee from the email address used for the order. Please include your order number and submit the request before the next scheduled renewal. We will confirm when the cancellation takes effect. Cancellation stops future renewals; access for a period already paid for and any refund are handled under the offer terms, our Return and refund policy, and applicable law.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
